What we collect

When you create a free profile, we collect your first name and email address. When you reserve Tiles Trio, we also collect your name for the reservation record. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

For the demo, we collect anonymous session data only: which steps you completed, whether you reached the conversion screen, and which action you took (if any). No name, no email, no personal information is associated with a demo session.

What we do not collect

SOEHA does not use a microphone. SOEHA does not use a camera. SOEHA does not have a feed, a social graph, or any mechanism for user-generated content. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

How we use your information

Your email is used to send a reservation confirmation, product updates when hardware ships, and occasional system communications. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.

Room data you save in a free profile is stored on our servers and associated with your account. It is not shared with other users or third parties.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous aggregate traffic data — page views, session counts, and general geographic region. No personal identifiers are stored. No cookies are required for analytics.

Data retention

Free profiles are retained as long as the account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@soeha.com. Reservations are retained for legal and accounting purposes for seven years, as required by financial regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@soeha.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.
